The Workforce & Community Education Division is seeking a Program Manager responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring workforce trainings in a variety of Berkshire County Priority Industries including but not limited to Education, Healthcare & Social Assistance, Information Technology, Advanced Manufacturing, and Clean Energy & Trades. This position relies on strong organizational, outreach and communication skills to improve existing and build new workforce trainings. The Program Manager serves as a key liaison with academic departments, community-based organizations, local businesses, and the community at large.

Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and oversee workforce programs tailored to community and industry needs.
Collaborate with industry partners, faculty, and community organizations to align program goals with workforce demands.
Monitor and maintain program training offerings, budgets, and outcomes in accordance with grant requirements and department goals.
Lead efforts to promote programs, recruit students, and engage underrepresented populations in workforce training opportunities.
Collaborate with Enrollment & Employment Coordinator as needed for field and/or job placements and support students in developing career-readiness skills and job placement.
Analyze workforce trends, track program outcomes, and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Supervise program staff, including instructors and support staff, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
With Executive and Associate Directors, develop, monitor, and manage budgets to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with organizational goals, including expense tracking, and resource allocation.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
Associates degree or four years progressively responsible experience in developing programs and program management.
Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working in a collaborative manner with diverse constituencies.
Highly organized and detailed-oriented.
Proficiency with data management systems and MS Office Suite or equivalent
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with staff and student oversight.
Working with grant funded programming.
Developing and implementing marketing and communication plans for training programs.
A strong network and experience working with a variety of partners in Berkshire County.
Involvement in developing, implementing, promoting, and assessing career and training programs.
Bilingual or multilingual skills
