Job description
The Birmingham College of Food is currently looking for a highly skilled Lecturer in Professional Cookery to join our growing and exciting teaching team. In this role you will be able to inspire the next generation of professional chefs by delivering high quality, inspiring and inclusive programmes across their portfolio of courses.
You will also work with within our team to continuously improve the student experience and advance the culinary provision within the school.
Essential requirements for this role include:
- Experience of teaching or training students or employees within a professional setting
- Exceptional cookery skills and knowledge.
- An ability to manage and motivate students or employees
- High levels of organisational and administrative skills.
