Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Staffing:
o Develop and maintain course schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels are adequate for offered courses.
o Monitor and adjust schedules based on business needs and staff availability.
o Coordinate with department manager to address staffing needs and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
  • Workforce Analysis:
o Analyze workforce data to identify trends, forecast staffing needs, and make recommendations for improvements.
o Prepare and present workforce reports.
o Track, analyze, and report student data.
  • Communication and Coordination:
o Serve as a point of contact for staff members regarding scheduling and other workforce-related inquiries.
o Communicate schedule changes and updates to staff members promptly and accurately.
o Collaborate on a regular basis with the department manager by attending meeting, as requested.
  • Process Improvement:
o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workforce scheduling and coordination.
o Develop and update standard operating procedures for workforce management.
o Provide training and support to employees and managers on workforce management tools and processes.
  • Administrative Duties:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of schedules, attendance, and related documentation.
o All other duties as assigned.

 

Required Education:

o Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, communications or related field.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
o Business Administration, or related field preferred.
o Previous experience in workforce coordination, scheduling, or a similar role preferred.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
o Responsive, timely, and professional
