Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Assistant HR Director, as the Human Resources Manager (HRM) you will be a partner for a portfolio of staff departments (~200 staff) collaborating with department and school leadership to provide guidance, interpretation and consultation on policies and practices throughout the employee lifecycle from hiring staff to offboarding staff. You will collaborate with the Talent Management Specialist and the other Human Resource Manager to implement the training and development strategy for staff including facilitating training sessions. You will ensure prompt, efficient and professional responses to employee relations issues and draw upon experience and provide technical guidance to other HR staff members.

Salary Information: The posting range for this position is $73,600 to $95,100. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
