About The Job
Dudek is seeking a service-oriented, motivated individual with strong organizational skills to join our Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You'll be driven by providing a hands-on approach to hiring manager support and candidate experience. You'll assist and support a variety of functions within the Talent Acquisition Team and have a great opportunity to be on the ground level helping with many aspects of recruiting.

Duties and Responsibilities (may include some or all of the below):
- Promote a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build trust with candidates and hiring managers by having strong organization, and a detail-oriented approach.
- Support the Recruiting / Talent Acquisition team efforts and execute strategy.
- Scheduling interviews and working directly with candidates and the business
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates and hiring managers on recruiting status.
- Coordinating all interview related meetings
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Updating candidate records in recruiting systems
- Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status updates
- Posting positions on various internal and external job boards sites.
- Support of efforts to build out Dudek's Talent infrastructure including: DE&I initiatives, internship programs, career fairs, university outreach, candidate experience and our career site.
- Participate in recruiting events.
- 2 - 3 years of technical recruiting experience.
- High school diploma, bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with working in an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-touch support to both candidates and hiring managers.
Preferred Qualifications
- AEC or technical recruiting experience.
- Sourcing experience in platforms such as LinkedIn.
Working Conditions:
- This job operates in a remote or office-based environment and this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc.
- This job requires occasional project site visits-based outdoors which can include excessive noise, uneven walking surfaces, extreme weather, moving vehicles and equipment.
- This job requires working on a computer, sitting or standing for long periods of time in an office or remote office setting.
- This job requires attending meetings, both in person and virtually as well as speaking on the phone with peers, clients, etc. Speaking, hearing and listening are required.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Outdoor activity may involve walking/trekking in uneven terrain over long distances in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time.

Proposed Salary Range: $31.25 - $36.00 hourly*
*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual's related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
