DESCRIPTION:
Frank Phillips College is seeking a qualified individual to provide front-line customer service through face-to-face, phone, and email communications for student financial services. This role requires a dedicated and customer-focused individual committed to providing exceptional service to students and their families while maintaining compliance with financial aid regulations and upholding the confidentiality and ethical standards of Frank Phillips College Student Financial Services.
Essential Job Functions:
• Provide quality front-line customer service through face-to-face, phone and email communications for student financial services.
• Meet with students and families to discuss student financial aid awards and opportunities.
• Attend local and college events as a representative of Frank Phillips College Student Financial Services.
• Data entry of student financial services processes.
• Comprehend and administer student financial aid processes to maintain compliance with
federal, state, and institutional programs.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and strive to exceed standard work.
• Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

Frank Phillips College is in constant search of qualified instructors for all credit and non-credit curriculum offerings. Employment will be determined by instructor qualifications and student demand. Summer, fall, or spring evenings or weekend opportunities available. Retirees are encouraged to apply. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Specific areas most needed that require a Masters Degree with 18 graduate hours are in the following fields: Biology, Communications, Criminal Justice, Economics, English, Geology, Government, History, Mathematics, Philosophy, Spanish.
