Job Description
SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER, Schwarzman College of Computing, for the Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) consortium, will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a high-profile, interdisciplinary consortium, working directly with faculty Co-Directors and the assistant dean; and serve as the key point of contact for consortium members and stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of activities that align with the consortium’s goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering or related field; minimum of five years of experience working in partnership management, client relations, operations, or project management; self-driven, strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results within deadlines; proven ability to effectively engage with faculty or senior management; demonstrated experience in overseeing and executing complex events and initiatives from planning through execution; exceptional program management skills, including the ability to keep teams and projects on track, evaluate progress, and adjust plans as needed to ensure success; ability to solve problems proactively, and manage stakeholder expectations to achieve the overall success of the consortium and proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with project management software and tools, and Kuali Coeus.
