Summary
The instructor will provide instruction in accordance with certifying agency’s standards of the North Carolina Community Health Worker Association and must be an approved instructor of NCCHW.

Applicant will be teaching the nine competencies of NC Community Health Workers outline.
- Preparing and providing class instruction in accordance to lesson outlines and agency standards.
- Excellent management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain an online classroom that is safe and conducive to learning.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years successful work experience within the last five (5) years as a Certified Community Health Worker (CCHW) through the North Carolina Community Health Worker Association (NCCHWA).
- Must be an approved instructor through NCCHWA
- Successful teaching experience is required. Other experiences that could be associated with the delivery of instruction and supervision of students will be considered.
